VEGETABLE PAKORA
Several
fresh vegetables such as sliced onions, cauliflower, potatoes,
eggplant, chopped spinach and whole green chilies are mixed
in spicy chick pea batter and lightly fried in vegetable oil.
The beguiling chick pea flavor makes the Pakoras a real enjoyable
treat indeed!

The
Pakoras may be eaten with tomato ketchup or with mint or tamarind
sauce. Pakoras are the best appetizers of India.
