Mushroom Korma

Mushroom Korma is another surprisingly Delightful Indian Dish. It is usually very mild and a big favorite with the Americans. Sliced mushrooms are cooked in a light creamy sauce with mild spices. The sauce consists of a touch of cream, groundnuts and fruits.

A real culinary delight indeed! May be garnished with grated nuts and best used with basmati rice.
